1. Dial 911 immediately. Provide the location of the emergency (for example, "Exhibit Level" or "Ballroom Level," "outside of Room 20," etc.).
2. Then call 216-928-1601. Or locate the nearest security guard so that Convention Center Security can properly direct first responders and paramedics to the location.
